Selection Process

What can you do to make sure your application receives the amount of attention it deserves?

All applications are reviewed. If you have the qualifications desired and can demonstrate evidence of how you match the personal characteristics outlined in Who We Are Looking For then you are more likely to be considered.

Applying
Please complete the online application form and submit along with the covering letter using the Graduate Application Submission Form. If you have any enquires about PROjEN’s Graduate Program please email graduate@projen.co.uk.

Telephone Interviews
After submission all applications will be reviewed. Graduates who are successful in gaining a telephone interview will be notified. For your convenience, where possible these interviews will scheduled around your commitments

First Round Interviews
Following the telephone interview Graduates who are successful will be notified of the date and timing of a first round interview. These interviews will normally be held at PROjEN where you can view our offices and meet with PROjEN employees. PROjEN will reimburse reasonable out of pocket expenses.

Second Round Interviews
Following the first round interviews, successful applicants will be notified of the date and timing of a second round interview. These interviews will be held at PROjEN Offices and where the Senior Management Team will make the final assessment. PROjEN will reimburse reasonable out of pocket expenses.

Commencing Your Career At PROjEN
Successful applicants will be offered positions after all second round interviews have taken place
