At PROjEN we believe strongly that honest, open communication is the best approach at keeping employees inspired and motivated. We also ensure that communication is a two way street. John Taylor (MD) and the rest of the Executive Team are easily accessible to all employees and provide as much information to them as is possible. PROjEN ensure this is delivered in a frank and honest way and actively encourage their employees in doing the same. The ability to speak one's mind within a no blame culture promotes greater involvement for all.
We have no external constraints on the size of company we should be, the services we offer or the clients we approach. The whole shape and success of the company is controlled from within and therefore it needs everyone pulling in the same direction.
PROjEN management's open door policy and ad hoc discussions are supported by structured quarterly Core Briefs, Team Meetings, the Intranet and Tool Box Talks to disseminate information and they are just as keen to receive employee feedback. Periodic Employee Surveys are used to capture PROjEN Employee's views in formalised manner. This is an important exercise in supporting PROjEN's desire to continually improve all aspects of their business. The latest Survey results gave a satisfaction score of over 90%. 100% scores were achieved in a number of areas including agreement on company direction and pride in the company's service.
