Administration Opportunities

Administration is integral to PROjEN, providing assistance and support throughout the company. Spanning all, the administration team ensure the smooth running of the main PROjEN offices and support site based personnel.

Depending on your role, you could find yourself, organising travel and setting up meetings, typing tender documentation, preparing document transmittals, giving new starter inductions, proof reading literature, mapping business processes etc. The list is endless.

PROjEN’s client focus means that you have to act quickly to requests; producing documentation and problem solving where appropriate, supporting the project teams’ assignment delivery.

Depending on your background, experience, and business need you could find yourself working as a Project Secretary, Administration Assistant, Project Assistant etc working alongside Project Managers, Project Engineers and the Commercial, Procurement and Drawing Departments. Tasks can vary greatly depending on the discipline and client/ industry that the project team are working for.

We can guarantee you a varied and busy role providing an essential service to the project teams and getting the job done.

Depending on the role that you undertake, you may be required to travel, proving support to the project team, not only at PROjEN's Offices in Preston Brook but at their client sites located across the UK.
