PROjEN pride themselves on providing a rewarding work environment and are committed to being an evolving, modern, open and outward looking employer. PROjEN’s size and subsequent flat hierarchy means that everyone has a voice and a direct impact on the direction of the business.
Teamwork is very important in every piece of work we do. We draw on everyone's knowledge and skills to ensure that all the work we deliver is of the highest quality. This means you'll work with a real cross section of people, learn from them and, in turn, share your own insights and ideas
People at PROjEN work to the best of their ability and we aim to add value to every thing that we do. We always approach work professionally and deliver the highest possible quality of service to our clients. Some might say we are our own worst critics, as we are always seeking ways to improve All our people have a “Can-Do Attitude”. This means that we're always looking for new challenges and are ready to put in the extra effort. Put simply, this means that we work hard but we are always rewarded for our efforts.
Any client-driven organisation demands flexibility from its people. This could mean doing a lot of travelling to client sites or spending longer than anticipated on a project to get things done. Things might not always go exactly to plan, so to compensate for this we believe in flexibility and (within reason) support our staff through flexible working to suit their lifestyle. We understand that achieving a healthy balance between work and life away from work is a high priority for all our people and we actively support this.
Our latest satisfaction survey reveals that 95% of our people are proud to be associated with PROjEN. We are pretty certain that PROjEN is such a satisfying place to work because we listen and people can influence the direction of the business. We go out of our way to give them the respect and recognition they deserve - which means offering stimulating work, supporting continuous professional development, providing constructive feedback, highlighting peoples' efforts through the PRIDE AWARD and where possible (business need) support people's aspirations.
In all our day to day practices, PROjEN aim to maximise each project/ assignment's potential by working innovatively with new and existing technologies. This is demonstrated through our investment in IT support systems and through external acknowledgement such as the Bentley Excellence Technology Award.
Despite our relatively small size, PROjEN don’t just help our clients and people grow, we are always keen to support the communities we operate in. Whenever we can, PROjEN actively support the community by getting involved with local school activities, providing donations to the local Winnington Avenue Youth Club, The Joshua Tree Charity and participate in various other fundraising initiatives which have included the Preston Brook Rotary Club Swimathon, Children in Need and Genes for Jeans Events. By contributing, we hope to make a positive impact, be that in the marketplace or in the wider community
